What do the meal kits contain?

The meal kits include pre-measured, high-quality ingredients to easily and quickly prepare an Italian dish. The recipe booklet and video tutorial are always included. Mistakes are impossible.

Where do the ingredients come from?

Our ingredients come from local Italian producers carefully selected during the recipe development phase. Inside our meal kits, you’ll find only the finest Italian ingredients that meet high-quality standards and reflect regional authenticity.

Are there gluten-free meal kits for celiacs or those with gluten intolerance?

Yes, we have a few gluten-free meal kits that are great for people with intolerances:

* Risotto Kit - Risotto with beetroot and almond cream, topped with Taleggio DOP fondue;

* Polenta Kit - Polenta sticks served with a mushroom dip;

While our products are gluten-free, we can’t guarantee they’re completely free from cross-contamination since we’re not certified gluten-free.

Are there vegetarian meal kits?

Absolutely! All our meal kits are vegetarian, except for the following boxes:

* Pasta Kit - Tuscan pici pasta with truffle and anchovies;

* Pasta Kit - Campanian mezzi paccheri pasta with tuna belly and yellow tomato;

* Pasta Kit - Calabrian fileja pasta with red onion and 'nduja sauce.

Are there vegan meal kits?

Yes, here are our vegan meal kits:

* Pasta Kit - Sicilian busiate pasta with cherry tomato sauce;

* Pasta Kit - Eataly's spaghetti with tomato sauce.

Are there lactose-free meal kits?

Sure, we also have some lactose-free meal kit:

* Pasta Kit - Tuscan pici pasta with truffle and anchovies;

* Pasta Kit - Pasta Kit - Calabrian fileja pasta with red onion and 'nduja sauce;

* Pasta Kit - Pasta in chickpea cream;

* Pasta Kit - Campanian mezzi paccheri pasta with tuna belly and yellow tomato;

How many servings does a meal kit contain?

The servings vary depending on the recipe, from 2 to family size. The number of servings for each meal kit is listed on the product page and on the packaging.

What is the expiration date of the meal kits?

Each kit has its own expiration date based on the ingredients inside. We always guarantee a long shelf life (from 2 to 12 months).

Where should the meal kits be stored?

Our meal kits should be stored in a dry place, away from heat sources, such as in a pantry. They should not be stored in the refrigerator.

What is the delivery time?

Your order is prepared and handed over to our courier within 24/48 business hours (Mon-Fri) from the purchase. Once it leaves our warehouse, delivery takes between 4 and 5 business days, depending on the destination. However, during peak seasons (such as Christmas, sales, and Black Friday), delivery times may be longer.

If the purchased product is not delivered or is delivered later than the delivery terms indicated during the checkout process and in the order confirmation, the provisions of Article 61 of the Consumer Code apply. Reasons for delays include strikes and any other cause not attributable to Ricetta Italiana S.R.L.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the total order amount and the destination country.

For Italy:

For orders < €50: €8.90

For orders > €50: Free

For pickup at our location (Gorle, Bergamo): Free

For France, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, and the Netherlands:

For orders < €50: €13.90

For orders > €50: €11.90

For Portugal and Sweden:

For orders < €50: €16.90

For orders > €50: €13.90

For Germany and Austria, shipping is handled directly by our German partner, and the cost varies depending on the courier (DHL or Hermes). Shipping is free for orders over €49.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across Italy and to the following European countries: France, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Portugal, and Sweden.

If you'd like us to ship a box to a non-EU country or another continent, please send your request to export@mycookingbox.it.

The package arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your package is damaged, don’t worry. Just take some photos showing the damage and reach out to our customer support here. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

When can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

If you selected the 'Pick up in store' option, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You have 20 calendar days to collect it from our warehouse in Gorle (BG), at via Michelangelo Buonarroti 28/30.

Here are the hours we’re available:

* Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 17:00;

* Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 15:30;

* Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
